bushes are cleared away and a building is erected, the termites can
continue foraging into the structure!
Pre-Construction Termite Treatments are the best way to prevent termites
from infesting a new structure or new addition. It is most effective because
the soil under the planned foundation is treated with termiticide just before
the home or addition is built.
Before the foundation poured, Sani-Products will completely treat the area
where the slab is yet to be poured, thereby ensuring that the proper
amount of termiticide is applied to all the soil under and around the planned
foundation area. The result is a completely treated area under the entire
foundation or addition.
You will be provided a copy of the label of any termiticide used, as well as a
consumer information sheet and warranty information.
Yearly Inspection and Service
An optional yearly inspection service is highly recommended for ongoing
protection of the property. Every year an authorized Sani-Products
technician will perform a complete inspection of your property to ensure
there is no termite activity.
